Frozen Cold Storage

This frozen cold storage is designed for ultra-low-temperature storage applications ranging from −18 °C to −50 °C. Its core configuration features high-density polyurethane rigid foam cold-storage panels (thickness 50–200 mm, customizable), double-sided and clad with 0.4–0.6 mm color steel or stainless steel plates. A tongue-and-groove sealed joint structure effectively eliminates thermal bridges and condensation.

The core material has a closed-cell rate of over 97% and a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/(m·K). Combined with sandwich cold-storage doors featuring a closed-cell rate of over 99%, the system effectively prevents heat loss under ultra-low-temperature conditions.

The refrigeration system adopts DL/DD/DJ series air coolers and integrated fully enclosed units, equipped with brushless EC motors, staggered heat-exchange coils, and fully enclosed scroll compressors. This configuration delivers excellent energy efficiency, achieving up to a 40% reduction in energy consumption. A precise defrosting system prevents frost buildup from affecting operational efficiency.

The fastest door opening and closing speed reaches 2.0 m/s, and even under high-frequency operation, the system still achieves over 30% energy savings. The product has a compressive strength of ≥200 kPa and a B1 fire rating. It is self-extinguishing once removed from fire and releases no harmful gases.
