Island Freezer

This Island Freezer is designed specifically for high-density display of frozen foods in supermarkets, supporting dual-sided access for convenient operation from both sides. The cabinet length ranges from 3 to 6 m, with an effective volume of 400–1,000 L, and maintains a stable temperature of −18 °C ±2 °C.

It is equipped with a fully enclosed compressor offering a cooling capacity of 300–800 W and a COP of ≥2.2, delivering significant energy savings and an average daily power consumption of ≤12 kWh. The Island Freezer features a stainless steel inner liner and outer casing, providing excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

The doors are fitted with double-layer tempered glass and anti-condensation heating wires to prevent fogging and ensure clear product visibility. Heavy-duty casters are installed at the base, providing a load capacity of ≥500 kg and allowing for easy repositioning.

The Island Freezer is suitable for displaying frozen dumplings, frozen meats, ice cream, and other frozen food categories in supermarkets. One chain supermarket reported a 10% increase in customer traffic in the frozen food section after adopting this cabinet. Multiple units can be combined to form a large-scale display area, enhancing the overall presentation of the supermarket.
