Pharmaceutical Cold Storage

This Pharmaceutical Cold Storage is designed for pharmacy areas within supermarkets and strictly complies with GSP certification standards. It offers a temperature control accuracy of ≤±0.5 °C and supports dual temperature zones of 2–8 °C (refrigeration) or −20 °C to −10 °C (freezing). Storage areas ranging from 10 to 100 m² are available.

The Pharmaceutical Cold Storage features a medical-grade stainless steel inner liner with an antibacterial rate of ≥99%, and is equipped with a fresh-air ventilation system providing a ventilation rate of ≥0.5 air changes per hour, ensuring high air quality inside the storage space.

The refrigeration system adopts a fluorine-free compressor, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and incorporates a dual-circuit refrigeration design to ensure stable 24-hour continuous operation, with an annual failure rate of ≤0.5%.

An intelligent monitoring system continuously records temperature and humidity data in real time and supports abnormal condition alarms, including audible and visual alerts as well as SMS notifications. The system has been successfully deployed in several supermarket pharmacies. After implementation in one supermarket pharmacy, it passed GSP certification, and the drug spoilage rate was reduced to below 0.1%.
