Backstock Walk-In Cooler

This Backstock Walk-In Cooler is designed specifically for the "front store, back warehouse" supermarket model. The front section connects directly to the sales area through a pick-up door, while the rear section functions as a replenishment channel.

The storage area ranges from 50 to 300 m² and maintains a temperature of 2 °C to 8 °C for refrigerated storage or −18 °C for frozen storage. The Backstock Walk-In Cooler uses 100 mm thick polyurethane insulation panels with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.024 W/(m·K), providing excellent insulation performance and a cooling loss rate of ≤4%.

The refrigeration system is equipped with a scroll compressor with a COP of ≥2.9, achieving approximately 20% energy savings compared with traditional cold storage systems. An intelligent defrosting system further improves defrosting efficiency by 30%.

Internal shelving and guide rails support forklift-based replenishment, significantly improving replenishment efficiency and reducing labor costs. The Backstock Walk-In Cooler complies with GB 12021.2-2021 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Commercial Refrigeration Equipment" and has been successfully deployed in several large supermarkets.
