Air Curtain Cabinet

This air curtain cabinet is core display equipment for fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and beverages in supermarkets. It features a split design in which the refrigeration unit and cabinet are separated, with operating noise levels of ≤52 dB, making it suitable for noise-sensitive supermarket areas.

The air curtain cabinet is available in lengths of 2–6 m, with an effective display volume of 300–800 L and a temperature control range of 2 °C to 8 °C. The air curtain thickness is ≥15 cm, and the cooling loss rate is ≤8%.

It adopts double-layer hollow anti-condensation glass with a light transmittance of ≥90%, and is equipped with LED lighting to enhance product display quality. The evaporator features a finned design for high heat-exchange efficiency and is equipped with an automatic defrosting system, with a defrost cycle time of ≤15 minutes.

The air curtain cabinet complies with GB/T 21001-2007 commercial refrigerated display cabinet standards and has been successfully deployed in several large supermarkets. One supermarket reported a three-day extension in fruit and vegetable shelf life and an 8% increase in beverage sales after adopting this cabinet.

The cabinet base includes reserved ventilation openings for easy cleaning, and custom cabinet colors are available to match different supermarket décor styles.
