Food Storage
Food cold storage facilities are buildings used for freezing and refrigerating food. They maintain a constant low temperature through artificial refrigeration. To minimize the influx of external heat, the floors, walls, and roofs of the cold storage facilities are covered with a certain thickness of moisture-proof and heat-insulating layers. In the management of food cold storage projects, scientific management should be implemented based on the characteristics of the food cold storage facility to ensure safe production, extend service life, reduce production costs, save on maintenance costs, and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
Food cold storage facilities can be widely used in food factories, dairy factories, pharmaceutical factories, chemical plants, fruit and vegetable warehouses, poultry and egg warehouses, hotels, supermarkets, hospitals, blood banks, military units, laboratories, etc. Food cold storage is mainly used for the constant temperature storage of food, dairy products, meat, aquatic products, poultry, fruits and vegetables, cold drinks, flowers, green plants, tea, medicines, chemical raw materials, electronic instruments, etc.
Generally, cold storage projects use refrigeration systems, utilizing liquids with very low vaporization temperatures as refrigerants, mainly composed of compressors, condensers, and evaporator tubes.

Pharmaceutical Storage
The temperature of pharmaceutical cold storage facilities is generally +2℃ to +8℃. Pharmaceutical cold storage facilities are mainly used to refrigerate and store various pharmaceutical products that cannot be preserved at room temperature. Refrigeration under low-temperature conditions prevents medicines from deteriorating and becoming ineffective, extending their shelf life and meeting the technical requirements of the pharmaceutical regulatory authority.
Pharmaceutical cold storage facilities have many advantages, including fast refrigeration speed, comprehensive functions, and energy saving. They also use the most advanced low-noise imported Copeland refrigeration units, which improve refrigeration efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
The temperature requirement for pharmaceutical storage is 2 to 8℃ for refrigerating medicines. The refrigeration control system uses fully automatic microcomputer electrical control technology, requiring no supervision. It is mainly used for storing medicines and medical devices, and can monitor and record the temperature and humidity of the storage area. The refrigeration control system adopts fully automatic microcomputer electrical control technology and intelligent temperature control. The internal temperature of the cold room can be freely set within the range of +2℃ to +8℃, with fully automatic constant temperature control and automatic on/off switching, requiring no manual operation. The digital temperature display ensures the safe storage of medicines in the cold room.
The cold room panels are made of rigid polyurethane color steel panels, using a high-pressure foaming process for one-time injection molding. The double-sided color steel insulation panels use advanced eccentric hook and groove connections to achieve a tight combination between the panels, ensuring reliable sealing and minimizing cold air leakage, thus increasing the insulation effect. The scientific design allows for the assembly of T-shaped panels, wall panels, and corner panels in any space, making it simple, practical, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly.

Blood Products
With the widespread application of blood components in major hospitals, a large amount of fresh frozen plasma (FFP) is produced during the separation of concentrated red blood cells. The quantity has increased exponentially compared to before the widespread use of blood components, making frozen storage a major challenge. Simply increasing the number of freezers would inevitably lead to crowded spaces, high costs, difficulties in inventory management, and an unsightly appearance. To address this problem, we conducted extensive research and introduced the concept of mobile cold rooms for plasma freezing and storage.

Vaccines
Vaccine cold rooms are mainly used to refrigerate various pharmaceutical products that cannot be preserved at room temperature. Low-temperature refrigeration prevents the deterioration and inactivation of medicines, extending their shelf life. The cold room temperature is generally -5℃ to +8℃.
The vaccine cold room body uses rigid polyurethane insulation sandwich panels, formed by a high-temperature foaming process in a single injection molding. The double-sided color steel panels use advanced eccentric hook and groove connections to achieve a tight connection between the panels. Excellent sealing minimizes cold air leakage and enhances the insulation effect. T-shaped panels, wall panels, and corner panels can be assembled in any space. The scientific design is simple, practical, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly. The vaccine cold storage refrigeration control system utilizes a fully automatic microcomputer electrical control system, intelligent computer temperature control, high-precision temperature sensors, and fully automatic temperature maintenance. It features automatic on/off switching, automatic alarm functions, requires no manual operation, and has a digital temperature display. A temperature and humidity recorder is available as an option, ensuring the safe storage of items inside the cold room.
The vaccine cold storage refrigeration unit uses an imported compressor, characterized by high energy efficiency, strong cooling capacity, low noise, and reliable operation. The condenser uses a high-efficiency air-cooled condenser with an external rotor low-noise motor, which effectively dissipates heat and maintains the high-pressure pressure at a normal value even in extreme high-temperature environments, allowing the refrigeration unit to achieve high-efficiency cooling while being energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The evaporator inside the cold room uses a high-efficiency ceiling-mounted air cooler.
